航太用片膠

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ AF163-2結構膠膜是一種需熱固化的改質環氧樹脂膠膜，能提供長久耐用性，並適用於金屬, 複合材料實板以及蜂巢結構夾層間的黏合，也特別適用於需要高斷裂韌性與高剝離強度的應用。AF 163-2 提供優異性能並具備易於加工的特性。

此系列膠膜提供多種膠重與載體（carrier）可選，以符合不同需求，同時避免不必要的成本。也提供無載體版本，可用於蜂巢芯材再膠（reticulation)

與 AF 163-2 相容的 3M 助黏劑（Primers）：

此結構膠膜專為航太製造中的各種不同客戶規範而設計的。 AF 163-2 在各種環境條件下皆能提供高斷裂韌性與高剝離強度，並具有優異的加工便利性。熱固化後，黏著力從 -67°F 到 250°F（-55°C 到 121°C）皆可維持優異的黏著強度，並可應用於多種設計與環境條件。
