3M汽車內裝熱能管理

  • 熱能管理向來是汽車重要的特點,過去主要的討論與乘客舒適度有關。由於車內內燃機釋放相當多的熱能,所以避免乘客空間變熱只需要將其部分轉向即可,對汽車里程數的影響較小。此外,阻絕車箱熱能對於穩定維持讓乘客舒適的溫度來說,也至關重要。

    然而,電動車完全改變了遊戲規則。用於加熱或冷卻乘客空間的電池不能用於驅動車輛移動。對於電動車製造商而言,有效隔絕車廂空間將是熱能管理的關鍵因素。以下是熱能管理的主要層面,以及3M可以幫助您解決問題的方法。

  • 車門

  • 汽車頂篷

    和時常關閉的車門很類似,頂篷的空隙對於隔絕乘客的車廂非常重要。同樣的,3M™ Thinsulate™ 吸音隔熱棉具有彈性和舒適的特質,是熱能管理的絕佳工具。3M同時發展出各種方案將汽車線束連接到頂篷、頂蓬對框架,而其中有些汽車膠帶亦提供熱能管理特性。

  • 汽車座椅

    座位區的冷卻功能通常是藉由讓空氣流動的電風扇來降溫,一旦座椅位置確定,電線的路徑也隨之固定。然而,易發熱的座椅區需要更複雜的熱能管理,熱能必須導向乘客,而非吹向座椅底部,同時座椅材質需有足夠耐熱保護,以免受熱損耗。雖然大部分耐熱性取決於座椅零件的成份,但3M提供多款汽車膠帶,可透過反射和散熱來分散熱能,幫助管理特定區域的熱能。這些特殊膠帶能用於車門、頂篷或儀表板,避免熱曝曬造成汽車效能異常。
